BREAKOUT SESSIONS Each element will have a table with illustration boards and will be staffed by a member of the consulting team as well as a member of the Committee to receive public input and comment. The plan elements are: 1. Land Use Plan 2. Thoroughfare Plan 3. Parks, Open Space and Trails Plan 4. Town Structure (aka Urban Design Plan) 5. Facilities and Water Conservation Plan 6.
