That the land located within the corporate limits of the Town of Westlake which is described in Exhibit "A" (attached to this Ordinance and hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein) be, and hereby is, disannexed from the Town of Westlake and shall no longer be included within the boundary limits of the City, and the pre=sent boundary limits of the City are hereby altered and amended to be contiguous with the eni=_ting City boundary and the boundary or the land described in Enhibit .A+. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and benefits flowing to both parties to this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Town of Trophy Club and the Town of Westlake do hereby CONTRACT, COVENANT, WARRANT and AGREE as follows: Section 1. That all of the above premises are found to be true and correct and are incorporated into the body of this Boundary Adjustment Agreement as if copied herein in their entirety. Section 2. Westlake hereby disannexes, discontinues and relinquishes from its corporate jurisdiction all that certain ten (10) foot strip of land, together with all extraterritorial jurisdiction attached thereto, as described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, and grants Trophy Club all of its rights, powers and privleges in and to such strip of land. Section 3.
