Res 96-08 Approving a Variance from the Height Limitations for 40 Wyck Hill LaneRESOLUTION 96-8 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE HEIGHT LIMITATION FOR THE WILLIAM E. GREENWOOD HOME UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT 40 WYCK HILL LANE IN THE ESTATES, AN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Larry Cole Custom Homes has requested that the Town of Westlake grant a variance to its height limitation for an overall height of 42 feet with one peak of 46 feet on the William E. Greenwood home under construction at 40 Wyck Hill Lane in The Estates, an addition to the Town of Westlake; WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has conducted a public hearing concerning the proposed variance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake. Texas: SECTION 1: That a variance be granted to Larry Cole Custom Homes permitting an overall height of 42 feet with one peak of 46 feet on the William E. Greenwood home under construction at 40 Wyck Hill Lane in The Estates, an addition to the Town of Westlake, in accordance with the drawing attached to this resolution. SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake this 10t" day of June, 1996.
