Res 94-01 Approving a Variance to Allow the Construction of a Residential Structure on the Circle T RanchRESOLUTION 'NO. 61'tl" 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE ON THE CIRCLE T RANCH WITHOUT COMPLYING WITH THE MASONRY REQUIREMENTS OF THE TOWN; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Alliance Development. Company, the owner of the Circle T Ranch, desires to build a residential structure on the ranch to house a caretaker; and WHEREAS, Alliance Development Company is building this structure in a manner so that it can be moved from one location to another in the event that a portion of the Circle T Ranch where the structure is situated is sold or developed; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of Alliance Development Company to remove the residential structure from the Circle T Ranch at the appropriate time when development of the Ranch would prohibit continue use of the structure; and WHEREAS, the Towns ordinances require that residential structures meet certain masonry requirements and the implementation of such requirements for this structure would restrict the structure's portability within the Ranch; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: That Alliance Development Company is hereby granted a variance to construct one (1) additional residential structure on the Circle T Ranch without complying with the masonry requirements of the ordinances of the Town of Westlake.
